Log in to your Promo Genius account for options to update your delivery address, name, email and to change your password.

After placing an order you will receive an artwork proof within 1-2 working days. We aim to get this to you as quick as possible to avoid delays. You will receive an email notification when your artwork proof is ready for you to approve. 

As soon as your artwork proof has been approved. Your order will be sent to print. Production turnaround time for delivery is 3-4 Working Days.
